History
The Wyoming Center for Business & Economic Analysis (WCBEA) is a direct spin off from the former Center for Economic & Business Data (CEBD). The former was created in 1983 by Mr. O’Gara and directed by him until June 30, 2004. It was located at Laramie County Community College until that date. Due to a lack of office space, the Center had to move from the college campus. Thus, the founding of the WCBEA on July 1, 2004 as a private sector limited liability company. The former CEBD has been permanently dissolved. All of the functions previously undertaken by CEBD are now performed the Wyoming Center for Business and Economic Analysis.
