Richard O’Gara has been providing economic damage appraisal reports and testimony for personal injury, wrongful death, wrongful termination, and lost profits for over 30 years. Superior analytics alone are not sufficient in a litigation setting. Effective communication often requires detailed reports that carefully articulate our methodology and results with charts, tables, and concise exposition. At trial, we combine lucid speech with demonstrative exhibits to successfully communicate to judge and jury. In addition to providing economic analysis in a testifying capacity, Mr. O’Gara also provides support as a consulting expert. In this role, he will focus on discovery and critical analyses to facilitate dispute resolution. You may contact Mr. O’Gara concerning his recent case work and fee schedule by calling him at (307) 631-0514.
